NappiRunz is an Edinburgh based nappy charity. Our mission is to eliminate nappy need in the communities we operate by collecting unused nappies and distributing them to families in need via our partnered charities.

Our Mission
Founded in 2015, NappiRunz began when Toyin Ware found herself with unused nappies after her first child. Learning about nappy need and realizing there was nowhere local to donate, Toyin took the expression "If you want something done, do it yourself" literally and so NappiRunz was established.

Founded in 2015, NappiRunz began when Toyin Ware found herself with unused nappies after her first child. Learning about nappy need and realizing there was nowhere local to donate, Toyin took the expression "If you want something done, do it yourself" literally and so NappiRunz was established.
NappiRunz provides community donation points allowing anyone to drop off unused nappies. Our team of volunteers collect the donations and begin the process of sorting through and repackaging the nappies that meet our hygiene criteria. We then deliver these to the charities we partner with. In 2023, NappiRunz has donated just over 2,000 nappies per month to local charities, families and health care providers.

NappiRunz currently has 15 established
donation points found in Libraries, Supermarkets, soft plays and cafes across Edinburgh and the Lothians.

Donations To Drop Offs - NappiRunz in Action
We provide donation points in supermarkets, libraries, cafes and soft plays for members of the community to provide us with their unused nappies.
We regularly collect the donations and bring them back to our Nappy HQ to be sorted, counted and repackaged.
Our team of volunteers ensure all hygiene standards are upheld and only nappies safe for donations are repackaged.
Once we have fulfilled our referral requests we are ready to deliver them to our partner charities who distribute to families who need them.
